Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Have you lost your Debit Card or has your Debit Card been stolen?

To report your lost or stolen Debit Card, please contact us at 270-965-3188 for the Marion Sales Center or at 270-629-5626 for the Glasgow Sales Center.

After hours, contact 844-202-5333. 

Or, if you have access to our Mobile Banking App, simply log in and select "cards" from the options listed. Choose the card that is lost or stolen and change the activation to "off". This will not permanently block your card, but will block anyone from using your card until it is found or you contact one of our offices to permanently close your card and order a new one.
